QuickBooks® Training
We can show you how to use Quickbooks Financial Software to squeeze more time out of every day. You will be able to maintain meaningful records whether the records are for internal use only are for third parties such as lenders and insurance companies.
You will receive One on One training specific to what YOU need to know to get started - our place or yours. No sitting in an all day class where you learn things that you'll never need to run your business. A typical training session with us lasts about 2 hours.
Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual review of your QB file. Why is it important to you?
It ensures that your records are accurate and meaningful when you what to know how your company is doing. It also minimizes the time the tax preparer requires to "get the numbers ready" to take to the tax return. We've found that the biggest chunk of time a tax preparer takes is to get a client's QB records to a state where he or she is comfortable using them on the tax return. If you are properly trained in Quickbooks and we review the file periodically, you may be able to minimize your tax preparers "Clean Up" time.

Our Fees
Bronze - $190.00
- Up to 2 hours one-on-one training of one person at our office.* Follow-up calls or emails are billed separately.**
- Here are some BONUS ITEMS that you probably WON’T get from other QuickBooks trainers:
- Same as Bronze PLUS includes up to 12 follow-up calls or emails within 30 days of initial training. After the 12th contact, these are billed separately.**
- Same as Silver with TWO PLUS items: includes unlimited follow-up contacts within 60 days of training AND we'll review your QuickBooks file one time within 60 days of initial training to make sure that you're still on the right track and to look for additional training that may be indicated. Said training would be by phone or email and is included in the package cost. After 60 days of initial training, these contacts are billed separately.**
BONUS #1!! We do more than just train you to use QuickBooks. Where most business owners have problems is with understanding proper bookkeeping principals like “where do I post a payment to pay a loan?” Or, “where do I post draws I take from the company?” HINT! These are NOT posted to expense accounts. We’ll explain the bookkeeping principals that YOU need to know.
BONUS #2!! Now, we won’t try to make a tax preparer out of you but we do find that explaining how certain tax rules affect your particular business is good for you to know. We promise - NO tax lingo – just good, solid information you can use; AND..if you follow the rules it may help keep the IRS off your back.

**Follow-up questions after initial training (after 30 days for Silver Level; after 60 days for Gold Level) will be billed per contact minute (10 minutes minimum) and will be billed monthly. Example: if after training you call or email with questions and those questions take 5 minutes to answer, you'll be billed for 10 minutes. If the call or email takes 15 minutes, you'll be billed for 15 minutes. Our rate per hour for follow-up questions is $150.00; $25.00 minimum.
